REL1960 - Photo Stories

Larry Shelton Christmas 2002

From Larry Shelton in Peru

Howdy,

Now here are some of the photos taken when the Christmas gifts were given out this year. I will try to keep it brief but make it meaningful, too. It would have been nice to have had you here to see it happen, but I believe the light in the eyes and the smiles on the faces tell the story. They really appreciated it, every bit. When have you seen kids, as Ms Plagens (Algebra RELee) would have said hanging onto those cokes "like a sick kitten on a hot brick?" It was worth every bit of whatever it cost! "God bless us every one!"

This is the fellow who assisted in keeping order. Notice NO BASKETS OR CAKES IN SIGHT - THEY ARE AT HOME BEING SECURED THERE!

Daddy's little helper, bring the burro home after working in the field.

Shy Mother. She was one of the ones who was in the back. Her stuff has been sent home, too.

Not a good shot, but this girl reminded me of Lazruz. I had to be sure she got her candy!

Another tree climber

Just a lovely, happy girl after it was all over
